These terms govern your use of websites and services operated by Missionmind Inc, including missionmind.ai, unbrick.ai, Unbrick.ai, and Engineering Worker.

SMS program terms

  1. Program: Missionmind Inc SMS Updates. Messages cover product updates, demo and meeting scheduling, and account notices related to Unbrick.ai and Engineering Worker.
  2. Opt-in: You join by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box at missionmind.ai/sms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  3. Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
  4. Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  5. Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
  6. Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact dinesh@missionmind.ai.
  7. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

General

Our websites and services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Missionmind Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. We may update these terms, and changes take effect when posted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
